Content Standard: This is always sharing your testing and coming to agreement as an IEP team on the plan and or placement of a student

Collaborative: participate fully, problem solve, appreciations

Personal: All members feel safe and included

IDENTIFY THE STRATEGY: Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down
