It’s Probably That Time Again…

for a quick, informal survey.  Ask students to share anonymously.  Suggested topics are:  What am I (teacher) doing right?  What could I (teacher) improve upon?  What do I need to know?  How can I help you?  What would you like more/less of in this class?  What is a memorable learning experience from this class?

Keep it short – no more than five questions.  Share the results and have a discussion.
