Weekly Tribes 2012-2013 “Pass It On?”

This is a brilliantly simple way to do what you need to do, transfer responsibility, encourage appreciation, and build in some reflective practice.

Sara, a middle school teacher and trainer in Alberta, Canada submits:  “A great by accident inclusion that I use is handing things out to the wrong people. Gets people up and moving, learning names etc. sometimes I have my kids give an affirmation or compliment when they return the assignment/journal etc. And imagine this, can be used as a review strategy for content. Oh Tribes, how you have influenced how we think about instruction…….”
