Weekly Tribes – Inspirational Team Building Video

I have used something like this for back-to-school night.  During the day, I show it to students and then have them write (on large sentence strips) some additional statements that the video clip inspires.  I post these in the classroom.  That evening, with the parents at back-to-school night, I show the video clip, direct the parents to what their students wrote, and give the parents sentence strips to write their additional statements.  Then I post these for the students to read when they come in the next morning.

This is all incorporated into an overview of what Tribes is and why is it so important to our community of learning.
