Weekly Tribes 2015: Timelines

This is another version of the Dream Quilt.

Students can work individually or work in small groups of 3 – 5. Use butcher paper, or 11×17 paper.

Students choose a subject: Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, etc.

For each month of the school year, starting in August or September, students make an entry of what was learned – this can be as simple or complex as you like.

Consider doing this as an authentic assessment project/portfolio entry…or mini-discovery learning: engage-explore-explain-elaborate-evaluate!

For younger students this may be more successful with a social or personal growth perspective.
