  3. Once the groups required are determined through the brainstorm session – have students take a coloured chip determining to which team they will belong. (red – making; green – selling; yellow – buying; orange – coin collecting)

ASK REFLECTION QUESTIONS BASED ON THE OBJECTIVES:
Let’s reflect on our learning today. (either at the carpet or back at individual desks)

Content:
What groups did we decide we needed to create a successful Lemonade Stand?

Collaborative:
How well did we listen to each other?

What made it easy to listen to others? What made it difficult?

How well did we share our ideas?

Personal:
What is your “I can…” statement for this session today?
What are you most looking forward to on Day 2 in your group planning?

PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR APPRECIATION:
At the desks
It’s time to appreciate our efforts today:

Thank you (name) for …
I really appreciated when …
I liked when (name) mentioned … because
